BEA Hardware Applications Engineer II

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a BEA Hardware Applications Engineer II to provide technical solutions for bioprocess equipment and automation proposals within the Single-Use Technologies Division. The role involves collaborating with commercial and product teams to develop optimal customer solutions and drive continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop technical solutions and proposals for customer inquiries in response to bioprocess equipment requests
Coordinate technical pipeline reviews with commercial project managers and sales to ensure timely responses
Collaborate with Product Management to align technical solutions with business targets and margin goals
Drive process improvements and manage proposal systems to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide technical training to sales teams on bioprocess equipment and automation products

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline preferred
Associate's degree in science or technical discipline required
3+ years experience with programming, data entry, and Microsoft Excel preferred
Experience supporting technical sales
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple requests in fast-paced environment
