Part Time 30-39 Hour remote, NY, US PositionOverview The Part-Time Network Service Technician reports directly to the Regional Service Manager and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of Health Monitor Network's Digital Exam-Room Screens and TVs. This role combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador for Health Monitor. Services are performed using Health Monitor's approved methods and workmanship standards. This role requires travel within Queens and Long Island, NY and the ability to work independently. Abilitytowork15-25hoursperweek. EssentialJobFunctions Install,Exchange,andReplaceHealthMonitorNetwork'sDigitalScreensandTVs,includingcableraceway,andsetupequipmentaccordingtoestablishedprocedures.ReturnequipmentasneededthroughapredefinedRSMprocess. ProvidecomprehensivesupportforHealthMonitorscreens,focusingonensuringoptimalnetworkconnectivityandperformance.Thisincludes: PhysicalmaintenanceandsoftwareupdatestoHealthMonitorNetwork'sDigitalExam-RoomScreensandTVsasrequired. ManagetheconnectivityofDigitalScreensandTVs,workingwithinternalandexternalpartnerstodiagnoseandresolveconnectivityissues.ThisincludestroubleshootingWi-Ficontinuity,signalstrength,andothernetwork-relatedproblems. Whennetworkissuesarise,collaborateeffectivelywithinternalnetworkoperationsteamsandexternalvendorstoidentifyrootcausesandimplementsolutions.Activelyparticipateintroubleshootingsessions,sharingexpertiseandcontributingtotheresolutionprocess. Drivepositivecustomerexperiencebyprovidingtrainingandsupporttophysicianofficestaff(pointofcontact)ontheeffectiveuseofHealthMonitorscreensandrelatedtechnologies.Thisincludes: Conductingtrainingsessionswithstaffonscreenutilization,maximizingtheirbenefitforthepractice. Offerguidanceandsupportoncontentmanagementanddevelopment,ensuringthatthescreensareusedeffectivelytocommunicatewithpatients. Buildrapportwithpointofcontactstaff,actingasatrustedadvisorandaddressinganyquestionsorconcernstheymayhave. Buildandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithphysicianoffices.Contactphysicianofficestoscheduleappointments.Identifypotentialopportunitiesforgrowthwithinexistingclientaccounts.Thisincludesassessingclientneedsandidentifyingareaswherebeneficial.Collaboratecloselywithsalesrepresentativestocommunicatetheseopportunitiesandsupporttheireffortstoexpandserviceofferings.Shareinsightsgatheredfromclientinteractionstoinformsalesstrategiesandidentifypotentialopportunities Maintainaccurateanddetailedrecordsofcustomerinteractions,installations,andtroubleshootingsteps.Documentandreportrecurringissuesforprocessimprovement.Submitdetaileddeliverablesthroughafieldservicemanagementapp. Collaboratewithinternalteamstoimproveoverallcustomerexperienceandinstallationprocesses.Provideinsightonadditionalopportunitieswithinaccounts.Shareinsightsandfeedbackwiththeteamtoenhanceserviceandinstallationquality. Demonstratetechnicalacuity,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingskills.Navigatevarioustechnicalscenariosrelatedtonetworkconnectivity,hardware,andsoftware. Qualifications Associatedegreeoracombinationofeducationandexperience,preferablyinatechnicalfield. Provenexperienceinacustomerserviceand/ortechnicalrole,ideallyinvolvinghardwareinstallationorsupport.Experienceinhealthcarefieldservice,maintenance,electrical,technicalwork,orITishighlybeneficial. Superiorinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal. Strongproblem-solvingandcritical-thinkingabilities,includingtechnicaltroubleshootingskills.Abilitytohandlestressfulsituationswithcomposureandprofessionalism. Basicunderstandingofnetworkingandhardwarecomponentsisaplus. Anactiveandunrestricteddriver'slicenseisrequired. ADA-PhysicalDemandsOfficePosition Extensivedailytravel(minimum75%)withintheassignedterritory.Additionaltravelmayberequestedinsomecircumstances. Abilitytofrequentlysit,standorwalkforextendedperiodsoftime. Visionabilitiesincludeclosevision,distancevision&depthperception. Abilitytoperformmoderatelifting,upto30pounds.
