This is a full‑time, direct hire opportunity for a physician committed to advancing integrated psychiatric care while supporting a high‑performing clinical team. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations and ensure excellence in patient care Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals Ensure regulatory compliance, including Title36, detox protocols, and involuntary holds Participate in the development and oversight of individualized treatment plans Provide direct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care Participate in on‑call coverage (phone‑based only) Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture grounded in quality and compassion Stay current through CME and professional development opportunities Qualifications MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry Active DEA license Minimum 2 years of post‑resident clinical practice 3+ years of leadership or medical director experience preferred Strong understanding of Title36, medical detox, and involuntary psychiatric care Exceptional communication, team leadership, and decision‑making skills Passion for recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed care Base Salary: $255,537 – $309,200/year (based on experience) Phone‑based On‑Call Stipend + Phone Stipend Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance CME Allowance and Paid Time Off for CME Relocation Assistance Package Available Robust PTO, 401(k), and additional perks Leadership development and professional growth opportunities Why Join Us?
