With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.Essential DutiesRoutine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standardPlan and schedule maintenance repairsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)Perform routine maintenance around buildingDevelop and implement preventative maintenance proceduresPerform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentryMaintain the inventory records for equipment and suppliesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
