Junior Associate, Marketing Summit Financial is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate with a strong graphic design background to support the Marketing team. This individual will help develop visually compelling content and materials that support Summit's brand, advisor network, and partner firms, while gaining exposure to the full scope of marketing operations at a fast-growing wealth management firm. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong design sensibility, an eye for detail, and an interest in building a well-rounded marketing skill set in financial services. Responsibilities Design marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and print materials that align with Summit's brand identity and standards. Support the creation of content for advisor-facing communications, partner materials, social media, email campaigns, and the company website. Collaborate with the Marketing team to concept, design, and execute materials for events, conferences, and internal initiatives. Maintain and organize the firm's design asset library, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials. Assist with photo and video editing, formatting, and light production work for marketing campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders, including advisors and other departments, to understand marketing needs and translate them into effective visual solutions. Support day-to-day marketing operations, including tracking project timelines, coordinating approvals, and managing multiple design requests simultaneously. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related creative field; internship experience considered. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma). Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to take direction and incorporate feedback. Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables.
