About the Role:We have a current opening for a Channel Marketing Analyst, Strategic Accounts and are actively reviewing applications.As a Channel Marketing Analyst, Strategic Accounts, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic sales agenda for some of our most important customers. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams, you'll leverage data, insights, and market trends to drive business growth, optimize promotional investments, and support customer planning. This highly analytical role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into compelling business stories, influencing decisions, and helping deliver winning strategies in a fast-paced, competitive CPG environment.This position is Hybrid and will be based out of our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.Main Responsibilities:Support the Channel Marketing Director for the Strategic Channel Leadership Team in the sales functionSupport the strategic sales agenda for the channel and influence the internal commercial sales team to ensure the right resources and investment levels to win in highly competitive marketplace.Coordinate and execute the sales internal process and oversee volume forecastsBe an active participant in the planning process, providing supporting material and recommendationsMine customer data and leverage to support creation of business reviews, line reviews, new product launch presentations, seasonal presentations, innovation sessions, JBP’s and Top to Top meetings on behalf of Value Channel sales teamProvide actionable insights through data on performance, trends and opportunities to the teamUtilize data sources (i.e., IRI, ACN, Spectra, POL, Kantar, Power BI, SAP) to analyze the data and create compelling sales storiesDevelop and execute new and innovative scorecards to analyze business performance and complete ad hoc requests for the sales and leadership teamsManage and update the KPI attainment throughout the year, and represent the team on KPI calls when neededAssist in management annual trade budgetFacilitate the non-promoted and promoted planning for Trade Promotions ManagementAssist Channel Marketing Director in volume and trade discussions on a weekly basis ensuring team stays within budget and continues to drive sales, while achieving monthly volume targetsAnalyze trade spend compared to sales performance and targetsAnalyze post promotional events, promotional effectiveness, distribution opportunities, assortment recommendations and seasonal sell throughManage the allocations process of strategic customersDevelop and maintain relationships with cross functional teamsAct as the customer logistics provider for all Value Channel customersFacilitate end to end order management in conjunction with customer logistics teamMaintain JBP scorecard aligned to with customer measuring key financial metricsAbout You:At least 3+ years’ CPG experienceBachelor’s Degree in business or related field, M.B.A. is a plusData analytics experience and knowledge of IRI, ACN, ShopperSights, Spectra, Retail Link, RSI and EYC etc.Sales experience a plusStrong math, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsDetailed oriented with solid planning and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely mannerAbility to generate positive relationships and foster a team environmentAbility to prioritize and multi-task while meeting project deadlinesStrong organizational agility and relationship building a mustStrong process improvement skillsGood communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional excel and powerpoint skillsAbility to travel approximately 10%Artificial Intelligence DisclosureAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
