AR & AP Clerk (Part-Time)
AR & AP Clerk (Part-Time 4 hours per day)
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist with other accounting projects
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience as accounting clerk
Excellent organizing abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Excellent knowledge of relevant computer software
Troubleshooting and can work independently
