Sales & Service Technician

Sales & Service Technician Position located in North Haven, United States. The Service Technician is integral to the customer journey after the installation, partnering with customers to inspect and service foundation repair and water management solutions, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring quality and safety. Duties and Responsibilities Execute scheduled appointments with customers. Travel to customers’ homes as assigned. Build long‑term relationships and professionally represent the company. Recommend additional products and services to enhance or repair installations. Perform annual maintenance visits, examining previously completed work. Conduct reactive service appointments, diagnose, and resolve issues. Install additional products purchased by the customer. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures. Assess installed solutions to determine warranty or non‑warranty work. Communicate job status and submit necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customers. Report to work on time each working day. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required. Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred. Proven customer relations experience preferred. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license is required. Working Conditions Lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects frequently; use of abdominal and lower back muscles required. Good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination necessary. Excellent stamina required. Good vision needed to read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens.
