Food and Nutritional Service Associate II

Job Summary The Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker II is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. The role provides excellent customer service to all patients and employees, may train and guide other employees, and demonstrates competency across the required checklist. The employee meets performance goals set annually, integrates ethics throughout practice, adheres to confidentiality and patient rights policies, and completes work within acceptable time limits. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide excellent customer service to patients and employees. Assist with training and guidance of other employees performing related work. Apply competencies listed on the Competency Checklist. Meet mutually agreed performance goals and objectives established annually. Integrate ethics in all areas of practice. Adhere to confidentiality and patient right policies. Complete work within acceptable time limits. Set priorities and manage time effectively. Perform several tasks simultaneously during peak workload situations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work performed. Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
