We are seeking an Assistant Club Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Club Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness. Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the clubs operational budget
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
- Assist with membership sales and promotions
- Build relationships with vendors
- Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed
- Assist with hiring and training staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
