Your Role Defined

• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, provide training to new staff or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.
• Uphold a safe, organized workspace, adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, plus eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your period of employment.
