• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures performed, mentor newcomers or interns, and contribute to the preservation of laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification throughout your tenure.
