Description What You'll Do

• Carry out both routine and intricate clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collections and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain high standards within the lab.
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of your employment.
• Maintenance of current certification is required throughout your time with us.

• Independently capable of exercising judgment and solving problems in fast-paced or demanding environments.
