• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various disciplineschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine calibration and maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for test procedures as necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, facilitate training for new colleagues or interns, and uphold rigorous lab quality control standards.
• Promote a clean and secure work environment by complying with all regulatory and accreditation policies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT credentialing.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continuously maintain your certification for the duration of your tenure.
