• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.

• Assist in the sample collection process and prepare specimens for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new personnel or students, and help maintain our high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree pending ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification consistently throughout your tenure.
