Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory assessmentsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.

Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new employees or students, and help maintain lab quality standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of hiring.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
