Role Responsibilities What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory testingranging from chemistry and hematology to immunologywhile adhering to established laboratory procedures.
• Review test results for integrity, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and process samples for testing as required.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, guide new employees or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree in addition to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
