Account Manager / Business Development (Staffing Industry)

We’re currently seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager / Business Development professional to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our impact.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing opportunities within target markets
- Build strong, lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and strategic support
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
- Partner with clients to design customized staffing solutions aligned to their goals and workforce needs
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to match top talent with client expectations
- Represent Hire Connections at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Track and manage sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM
What You Bring:
- 1–2+ years of sales experience , ideally within staffing or recruiting
- A proven track record of generating new business and growing accounts
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus
