Account Executive (HCP Assist)

You play a crucial role in identifying the unique challenges and pain points that our potential customers face in managing their businesses. You engage with service professionals (our Pros) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. By conducting compelling product demos and sharing expert knowledge, you guide them on how to best utilize our services to maximize their business potential. Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate how our HCP Assist service can effectively alleviate these issues, driving growth and success for their operations. In addition to working with inbound opportunities, you will proactively identify and engage existing Housecall Pro customers through outbound prospecting efforts. This includes researching opportunities, building pipeline, and conducting outbound calls to educate Pros on the value of HCP Assist and drive enrollment. What you do each day Thrive on collaboration, enjoying interactions with both Pros and team members alike Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute genuine value for our Pros and the company through successfully onboarding your prospects onto our product Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and a fun spirit within a results‑oriented environment that values independence, teamwork, and healthy competition Embrace a love for learning, taking initiative, and welcoming change as catalysts for continuous improvement and growth Deliver robust customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem‑solving skills Overcome objections as they are presented Use various methods to contact prospective customers Qualifications 2+ years working in inside sales, and at least 1 as an Account Executive or equivalent role required (software a plus) Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Salesforce and SAAS experience preferred What will help you succeed Interest in development personally and professionally Motivation, drive and a self‑starting attitude Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Good time management with strong organizational skills This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $24.23–$26.92 per hour plus variable for OTE range $76,500–$85,000. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
