Who You Are You are a dynamic Business Development and Marketing professional with a strong ability to build meaningful community and business relationships. You are confident in external engagement, strategic in your approach to growth, and equally skilled in developing digital marketing and brand presence. You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities across regions, and representing a healthcare organization in professional and community settings. You are motivated by mission-driven work and understand the importance of both relationship-building and consistent brand messaging in healthcare growth. What You’ll Do You will be responsible for driving business development efforts, expanding community partnerships, and strengthening the organization’s brand presence across multiple Florida markets. This includes both in-person outreach and digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on visibility, referral development, and engagement with healthcare and community partners. Business Development & Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, community organizations, and local businesses to expand referral networks and increase awareness of services Regional Market Expansion: Conduct structured outreach efforts across West Palm Beach, Stuart, and Tampa on a recurring basis, including in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing initiatives that support organizational growth, including campaigns, outreach materials, and promotional strategies aligned with business goals Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility and consistency Brand Development: Support the development and maintenance of a cohesive and professional brand identity across digital and community channels Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to support patient access and organizational growth Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing and outreach performance metrics, track referral trends, and provide regular reporting on growth initiatives and campaign outcomes Event Representation: Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and professional gatherings to strengthen brand presence and relationships Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal clinical, operational, and administrative teams to align marketing and outreach strategies with organizational needs Other Duties as Assigned What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or related field Strong experience in relationship building and external stakeholder engagement Proven ability to manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet growth targets Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical research environments strongly preferred Willingness to travel regularly within Florida, including West Palm Beach, Stuart, and Tampa Commitment to professionalism, ethical representation, and mission-driven work What We Offer Comprehensive Medical Plans Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Employer-paid Life Insurance Voluntary Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time Paid Federal Holidays Millage Reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state of Florida, and local employment laws.
