Own the Numbers. Support the Experience. Keep It Accurate. As an Accounting Clerk (Finance Coordinator) , you play a critical role in supporting the financial success of group and catering business. You will ensure accurate financial management of group and catering accounts, including deposits, billing, and reconciliation, supporting both operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Reconcile deposits, event postings, and group room accounts with precision. Ensure all billing for groups and events is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Track incoming deposits, open accounts, and pending adjustments. Maintain clear visibility into financial activity related to events and group business. Partner with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally. Support cross-department communication to ensure financial alignment. Uphold accounting standards and internal processes. Assist with ongoing financial operations and reporting as needed. Qualifications 1–2 years of hospitality, accounting, or finance experience. Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems. Highly detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy. Clear communication skills and strong follow‑through on tasks. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Take ownership of your work and understand that every detail matters.
