Sturgis Bank & Trust Co is seeking a Chief Credit Officer (CCO) to manage credit quality, risk management, and the loan portfolio. The CCO will provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Board of Directors to promote sustainable loan growth while maintaining strong asset quality.
Preferred candidates should have extensive experience in credit analysis and management, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. The role is office-based, requiring some travel for bank-related meetings.
