Executive Director

The client is seeking an Executive Director to lead a foundation based in Sturgis, Michigan. This foundation is dedicated to making a positive and lasting impact in the local communities through philanthropy. Established in 1962, the foundation focuses on addressing challenging community issues and partnering with nonprofits, stakeholders, and donors to foster collaboration and economic security. The foundation has seen significant growth, nearly doubling its assets over the past two years, and now presents an exciting opportunity for leadership in a time of strategic evolution and increased community impact. The Executive Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer, accountable to the Board of Trustees. The responsibilities include managing the organization, ensuring financial integrity, and driving forward initiatives that align with the mission.
