• Run one or more plastics production processes with minimal supervision.
• Sort, count, inspect, assemble, label, package, and stage finished components.
• Watch process conditions closely to ensure parts meet established specifications.
• Consistently meet production rate and scrap goals shown on job travelers.
• Record all produced and rejected parts with precision.
• Input production details into ERP and computer systems accurately.
• Complete all required paperwork; log in and out of assigned jobs correctly.
• Apply accurate labels to finished goods and organize staging materials.
• Remove excess material using knives or other approved hand tools.
• Perform visual inspections and flag any quality concerns.
• Maintain line clearance and keep materials separated by job.
• Organize tools, equipment, bags, and supplies.
• Keep your area clean and complete housekeeping at end of jobs and shifts.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures without exception.
• Support other production tasks as needed.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals).
• Read, write, comprehend, and follow English work instructions.
• Basic computer/ERP proficiency for accurate data entry.
• Comfort and safety using knives and other approved hand tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and visual inspection skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality focus.
• Accurate, complete production documentation.
• Dependable, safety-first mindset; able to work with limited supervision.
• Consistent productivity while meeting all quality requirements.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and handle materials up to 40 pounds.
• Fine motor control for inspecting, trimming, assembling, and packaging.

Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing floor with production machinery, equipment, and plastic components. PPE is required. You must safely meet productivity and quality standards while on extended 12-hour shifts.

• A shift: 6am to 6pm Monday–Wednesday; 6am to 12pm Thursday
• B shift: 6pm to 6am Monday–Wednesday; 6pm to 12am Thursday
• C shift: 12pm to 6pm Thursday; 6am to 6pm Friday–Sunday
• D shift: 12am to 6am Thursday; 6pm to 6am Friday–Sunday
