Entry-Level Welder (MIG)

Location: North Aurora, IL Pay: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st (5:00 AM 1:30 PM) Type: Performance-to-hire

Start your welding career with hands-on training and growth opportunities. We re looking for a motivated entry-level welder ready to learn and build skills in a supportive team environment.

What You ll Do

Perform MIG welding on a variety of components
Read blueprints and measurements to plan layouts
Set up materials and equipment for welding
Cut and prepare parts using saws and grinders
Align and clamp components for accurate welding
Inspect finished welds for quality and consistency
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs

What We re Looking For

Interest in welding or prior entry-level experience
Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Team-oriented with a good work ethic

Safety & Equipment

Steel-toe shoes required
PPE provided: face shield, safety glasses, gloves
