It's not easy to get hired by us – we want only the most talented and committed Managers, but when you do join Lucky Strike, the rewards are abundant.Overview The Role As a Kitchen Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the back of house from the line, develop your BOH team, manage costs, and execute food quality consistently across every service period and event.What You'll DoRun kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, speed, sanitation, and consistent execution across all service periodsTrain, coach, and develop BOH team members to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environmentWork the line alongside your team during prep, service, and events, setting the standard through your own executionManage food cost, labor, inventory, waste, and ordering to hit financial targetsMaintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health codes, and operational standardsPartner with Operations and the Executive Chef on menu rollouts, product consistency, and culinary standardsWhat You'll Bring3 or more years of kitchen leadership experience including banquet and event serviceA culinary skill set that lets you lead from the line, not just from the officeExperience building and developing BOH teams in high-volume environmentsSolid financial acumen including food cost management, labor control, and waste reductionCurrent or ability to obtain ServSafe certificationKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in high-volume kitchen operationsFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat You'll Get Our people are the reason guests keep coming back.
