Project Administrator

The Technical Project Administrator provides essential administrative and project management support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects safely. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing safety aspects, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders for a capacity increase project for Optical Fiber Cable operation. The Project Administrator plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and organization throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, this role also provides technical support on the floor for equipment installation and troubleshooting. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) are highly desired. Experience: Proven experience in administrative or project-related roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools). Data Analysis software - JMP, Minitab desired Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
