The successful candidate will partner closely with members of the Executive Team while remaining deeply engaged in execution. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable influencing strategic decisions, coaching senior leaders, addressing complex organizational challenges, and building practical solutions from the ground up.No two days look the same.This role requires a versatile People leader who can move seamlessly between executive coaching, talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, employee relations, and process improvement. Success requires both strong business acumen and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and the Executive TeamAdvise leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, talent strategy, and workforce planningCoach leaders through performance, development, and complex employee mattersLead key talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership developmentPartner with leaders to identify and develop critical talent and organizational capabilitiesDesign and implement scalable people practices that support growth and commercialization readinessLeverage organizational insights and employee feedback to strengthen engagement, effectiveness, and business performanceQualifications12+ years of progressive HR experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizationsExperience supporting commercial build-outs, commercialization readiness, or periods of significant organizational growthDemonstrated success partnering with Executive Teams and senior business leadersDeep expertise across HR business partnership, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and change managementStrong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organizationProven ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutionsWho You AreYou thrive in environments where priorities evolve, challenges vary, and opportunities to contribute extend beyond a narrowly defined role.
