Front Desk Associate

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Location: Thousand Oaks, CA We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional client experience while supporting daily front office operations. This role focuses on accurate client check-ins, scheduling, and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the facility. What You’ll Do: Greet clients and provide a positive, high-energy first impression Accurately check clients in and track attendance in the system Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling Support billing processes, including collecting payments and flagging discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, packet prep, etc.) Support social media updates or light administrative marketing tasks as assigned Communicate effectively with coaches and management regarding client attendance or issues Identify issues and communicate them promptly Follow established processes and support operational consistency Provide general administrative support and special projects as needed What You’ll Need to Succeed: A strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Comfort using technology and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and team members Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred CPR certification is preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must obtain certification within 90 days of employment What We Offer You: Paid time off Professional development and leadership support Collaborative and team-oriented culture Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment Access to innovative health, wellness, and performance services A workplace focused on accountability, growth, and client success Compensation: $23-$25 per hour We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
