Development & Grants Manager (Part-time) Location: New Windsor, NY (Hybrid) Schedule: 25 hours per week | Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote days) Compensation: $25-$28 per hour Help More Girls Discover Their Strength At Girls on the Run Hudson Valley, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and realize her limitless potential. Through our evidence-based after-school program, girls in grades 3–8 build social, emotional, and physical skills while preparing to cross the finish line of a celebratory 5K. It\'s more than running—it's helping girls discover they are capable of so much more than they imagined. Each year, we serve more than 2,000 girls across six Hudson Valley counties, train 300+ volunteer coaches, and provide over $100,000 in financial assistance so every girl has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. We\'re looking for a passionate fundraiser and relationship builder to help grow the resources that make this mission possible. About the Role As our Development & Grants Manager, you\'ll play an essential role in expanding the reach of Girls on the Run throughout the Hudson Valley. You\'ll manage a diverse fundraising portfolio that includes foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, donor stewardship, and fundraising events. You\'ll work closely with the Executive Director while enjoying the autonomy to manage projects, cultivate relationships, and bring new ideas to the organization. Every grant submitted, every sponsor secured, and every donor relationship strengthened helps ensure more girls have access to life-changing programming. What You\'ll Do Grant Strategy & Management Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals Maintain an annual grants calendar and reporting schedule Prepare grant reports and submit claims Build lasting relationships with foundation partners Corporate Partnerships Identify and cultivate new corporate sponsors Steward existing sponsor relationships Develop customized sponsorship proposals Help businesses connect their philanthropy with meaningful community impact Donor Engagement Process charitable contributions and maintain accurate donor records Create thoughtful donor acknowledgements and stewardship communications Support annual fundraising campaigns and appeals Help strengthen long-term donor relationships Events & Community Engagement Support fundraising events, including our annual gala Assist with charity athlete fundraising initiatives Represent Girls on the Run at community and networking events Collaborate with staff to advance development goals You\'ll Thrive Here If You...
