Onsite IT Help Desk Specialist - Military Users

LinTech Global is seeking a Customer Support Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for military and civilian users at NMCP Portsmouth. The role provides walk-up and telephone support for a 10,000-person user community using computer systems and networks. You will log issues in ServiceNow, assist with account creation, and manage hardware like laptops/desktops and VPN devices. Hours are Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with on-call Friday 4pm to Monday 7am. #J-18808-Ljbffr LinTech Global
