Onsite IT Support Specialist (Defense)

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for NMCP users, handling walk-up and telephone support from 7am–4pm, with on-call hours to cover after-hours. Responsibilities include logging incidents in ServiceNow, routing to Tier 2/3 as needed, and supporting check-ins/outs for commands.
