Job Title: Group Assistant
Location: Redmond WA
Salary Range: $25/hr to $35/hr on W2

Introduction

Join our dynamic Growth & Experience team within Engineering, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting Client 365 services. This position is an excellent opportunity to cover for an administrative resource on leave and contribute to ongoing team operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting teams and managing administrative operations
Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience
Experience with expense management and reporting
Proficiency with Client 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Prior work experience at client
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for the team
Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
