Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• Active registry with either Cardiovascular Credentialing International or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• CPR certification upon hire
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in the respective department
• Experience in breast imaging, diagnostics, biopsies, and whole breast ultrasound
• Familiarity with triangulating a mammogram
• Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required

Assignment Details

• Rotating varied shifts.
• May include weekends and holidays.
• No call required.
• May be required to float to other areas within competency level.
• Required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
