We are a collaborative, fast‑moving team where you will partner directly with sales hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and close top talent efficiently and equitably. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring timelines. Build and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and talent communities. Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with candidates and interviewers. Facilitate a consistent, inclusive interview process; train interviewers on best practices and assist with conducting interviews as needed. Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data; produce pipeline and time‑to‑fill reporting. Draft job ads; optimize postings using market insights and performance data. Support onboarding handoff and ensure an exceptional candidate‑to‑new‑hire experience. Onboarding Partner: Manage onboarding coordination (checklists, materials, access readiness, Week 1 facilitation, and milestone tracking) and deliver onboarding training courses, as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process, templates, and employer branding). Qualifications and Attributes 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Working knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate outreach. Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
