Job Summary Complete accurate production reports. By production line, record daily production volume and product activity. By production line, validate OEE in support of daily and weekly production plan. Report downtime activity by line. In concert with the Department Manager, prepare weekly and monthly production reports to report operational efficiencies (volume produced by SKU/type, downtime, OEE, labor (REG/OT). Support internal and external audits. Perform typical administrative duties, filing, faxing, scanning, emailing, report writing, and other clerical duties. Job Requirements High school diploma, or equivalent. Two-years strong administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications. Strong MS Excel skills required. SAP experience a plus.
