Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive manual test plans and cases that align with project requirements and user expectations. Analyze test results to identify patterns and root causes, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes. Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in manual testing. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high‑quality software. Contribute to the refinement of quality standards and testing methodologies to elevate overall project outcomes. Work 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client. Work onsite at the client’s office three days per week. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of SQL + Tableau testing experience. Minimum 5+ years of QA Automation experience, including Playwright. Advanced proficiency in Tableau. Associate’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Playwright, automation testing tools, and QA. Bachelor’s Degree. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Salary Range: $50.00 to $54.00 across California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington.
