Speech Language Pathologist - Part-Time

Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside expert clinicians Provide consultation services tailored to each child’s needs Work with Program Supervisors to recommend strategies, communication supports, and meaningful goals Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy when needed Target vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing when appropriate Track hours accurately, document progress, and submit reports on time Collaborate within a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative Early Intervention team Requirements Current California SLP license, kept up to date At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays Clear background and driving record Current TB clearance BLS certification Any other required health and safety credentials, or willingness to obtain them Ability to work approximately 15–20 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting speech and language evaluations and delivering tailored therapy for young children with developmental delays. Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective communication strategies and goals.
