Hotel General Manager

As General Manager , you’ll oversee all hotel operations — including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering — ensuring that both guest satisfaction and financial performance exceed expectations. You’ll lead a talented team, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations while maintaining Marriott brand standards . Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans . Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and associates. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Build and maintain strong community and business relationships . Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives . Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies . Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, or related field). Hotel renovation experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing 15+ associates . Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience, including budget management and F&B operations . Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and operational goals in a branded hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
