What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adapting techniques to meet patient needs
  • Utilize the Nursing Process for thorough assessment, planning, and evaluation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Delegate and manage nursing team resources appropriately
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
  • Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately in EPIC
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment

What You Need:

Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC documentation
  • Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Additional clinical certifications or specialty training
