Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose various mental health conditions accurately.
• Implement medication management protocols, including monitoring the effectiveness and side effects of prescribed treatments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and allied health professionals to develop integrated care plans that address the whole person, encompassing both mental and physical health.
• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing trauma-informed care practices.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to elevate awareness of mental health issues, thereby reducing stigma and improving access to care.
• Deliver therapeutic support and psychoeducation through counseling, empowering patients with strategies to manage their conditions actively.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is current and accurately reflects patient interactions and progress.
