Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct regular supervision sessions with practicum students and emerging therapists in their journey toward clinical licensure.

• Lead the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous education by staying informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, community organizations, and support services, to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on client caseload. In addition to generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
