Live Haul Supervisor-Seguin, TX

Job Details This position is responsible for scheduling the catching, loading, and hauling of live broilers to the processing plant while monitoring DOAs. Responsibilities Promote safety and ensure a safe working environment. Monitor drivers' time and ELD logs. Review coaching Drive Cam videos. Ensure drivers and catchers arrive on time at the farm and plant. Work with catch contractors, Live Haul Manager, and driver supervisor to keep operations running smoothly. Make changes to the catch and haul schedule. Supervise and/or assist personnel in the repair of cages. Perform other responsibilities as needed. Requirements Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years in live haul and Class A CDL required. Welding experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including sending and answering emails and building and editing spreadsheets. Supervisory experience: responsible for supervising a team performing similar tasks.
