Director of Technology

Director of Technology Lead the future of analytical instrumentation. As the Director of Technology , you will be the senior technical authority shaping the next generation of analyzer platforms-driving innovation, setting the technology roadmap, and solving the toughest engineering challenges. What You'll Do
• Own the long-term analyzer technology strategy
• Translate market needs into cutting-edge product designs
• Guide electrical, electronic, and chemical engineering advancements
• Protect and advance key intellectual assets
• Troubleshoot complex issues across legacy + next-gen platforms
• Champion new product development from concept to commercialization
• Represent the organization at industry events and publish technical insights What You Bring
• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related
• 5+ years industry experience developing analytical instrumentation
• Expertise in spectroscopy, laser-based methods, chromatography, electrochemistry, and sensor technologies
• Strong electronics/circuit understanding (including low-current measurement)
• Experience with chemometrics; ML/signal-processing exposure a plus
