Job Details Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent position that involves overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and CMMS software. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, Food Production, HACCP, SQF, GMP, and CAPEX Project Management is crucial. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the engineering department, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Utilize CMMS software to track and analyze maintenance operations, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement. Operate and maintain Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems to ensure seamless operations. Ensure adherence to food production standards and regulations, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP. Manage CAPEX projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation. Develop and implement maintenance training programs for the engineering team. Collaborate with other department heads to align maintenance strategies with overall company goals. Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in the engineering industry. Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and CMMS software. Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems. Experience in food production and familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards. Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
