Operations Manager

Summary The Operations Manager leads a team of approximately 20 warehouse associates at a high-volume distribution center. This role owns shift results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost, while driving team development and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates through clear expectations and consistent feedback. Manage shift-level financial results, monitor budgets and variances, and take corrective action. Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving, process ownership, and cross-shift coordination. Recruit, onboard, and train team members. Partner with other shifts and departments to support building-wide operations. Requirements At least 5 years of warehouse experience in a managerial role. Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions that improve cost, service, and quality. Demonstrated ability to develop employees and grow leadership competencies. Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
