MeBe is seeking an experienced ABA Site Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our Bellvue Learning Center.

This is more than a traditional clinic-management role. As Site Director, you will have meaningful ownership of your center and the opportunity to shape its culture, develop exceptional clinicians, strengthen relationships within the community, and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.

Clinical Excellence

• Ensure exceptional ABA, SLP and OT services

• Coach and develop clinical leaders

• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration

Business Performance

• Monitor revenue, staffing, utilization, and profitability

• Earn $93,500- $110,000 plus a performance bonus that can bring total compensation to over $148,500.

You won't do it alone. You'll be supported by dedicated teams in Recruiting, Scheduling, Intake, People Operations, Clinical Quality, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Speech, and Occupational Therapy.

Compensation Range: $93.5K - $110K
