Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $28.00–$31.00 per hour

We are seeking a Key Account Manager / Project Manager to manage strategic customer accounts and oversee projects from concept through commercialization. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong client relationship skills and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate projects from initial concept through production and commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Utilize ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, project management software, and AI tools to improve efficiency.

• Experience in account management, project management, or customer-facing roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and project management software.
• Comfortable using technology and AI tools to support daily operations.
