Physician Compensation Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing compensation support and analysis, the full-time remote Physician Compensation Analyst will manage market survey analysis, perform Fair Market Value assessments, and ensure compliance with compensation regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Conduct market survey analysis and participate in salary surveys to assess competitive compensation positions Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modeling to evaluate new compensation structures and their financial impacts Review physician contracts for compliance and support payroll teams with compensation-related inquiries Required qualifications Prior experience in data manipulation and strong organizational skills Superior computer skills, including proficiency in data management and word processing Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution Experience as a compensation analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting Understanding of healthcare jobs and functions, including incentive pay administration
