General Assembly Associate

Location: Cleveland, OH Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Assemble products using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Cross-train in multiple departments and support the team where needed

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and heated work areas

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
